While it has all the modern amenities you could need, this is a space that feels suspended in simpler times. As your guests drive to the venue, they will travel across the rolling hills of Richfield to the private yard encased by thick forests. From simple backyard celebrations to rowdy hoedowns, this venue is ready to take your vision and transform it into your perfect wedding day!
Details of the Grounds
At Terrace 167, you will have the ability to host every aspect of your wedding day on the property. Your day can start in the get-ready suites. The venue has specially designated spaces for both wedding parties. You will have a salon chair where you can get pampered before the day begins. The rooms are decked out with cozy couches and lockers where you can stash all your gear. They stay true to the style of the venue so your get-ready pictures can feel cohesive.
For your ceremony, you will have several options. Many choose to use the yard for this portion of the day. This area is fully enclosed with bistro lights that twinkle throughout the evening. A paved stone aisle runs through the area and leads up to a matching stone stage with a wooden pergola where you can stand to exchange vows. There are wooden benches where your guests can comfortably sit and watch.
For those who prefer an indoor ceremony, you can use the interior of the venue. This area was decorated to be industrial chic with exposed brick walls, plaster, and sheet metal across the walls. Exposed beams are visible throughout the ceiling. The event space has a windowed garage door that you can keep closed through this portion of the day. Many choose to set up their ceremony in the corner next to the door so they can have natural light throughout this part of the day.

The interior of the Terrace 167 wedding venue has a fully functioning bar that you can use for your cocktail hour. You can choose to open the garage door for this portion so your guests can order drinks and take them outside into the gardens. This area has a sitting area inside of an ivy-draped silo so your guests can have a cozy space to sip on signature cocktails and wait for the next part of your event. The interior also has a functioning fireplace so your guests can lounge on the leather furniture and enjoy the warmth.
Once the reception begins, your guests can head inside the event space, where there will be family-style tables and wooden chairs waiting. Many choose to have the head table in the corner so you can have a huge dance floor ready for once it’s time to celebrate. The interior can hold up to 350 guests.

Once your ceremony is over, you can take pictures beneath the sign leading into this area. You can also use various backdrops, including the ivy-draped silos or the front of the event space. Inside, you will be able to use the upscale furniture so you can cozy up together for intimate couple portraits.

Believe me when I say Terrace 167 is going to make sure you can have a wedding unlike any other! Throughout your day, you will have an on-site Event Manager as well as Event Assistants who will keep your day running smoothly. The venue is going to take care of the tables and chairs. They will work with you to determine the layout and will ensure that your vision is executed to perfection!
The venue has two on-site bars that you can use, and they will provide the bartenders. You will be able to choose the caterer for your event, and the chefs will have access to the on-site kitchen, which will be complete with a private entrance. There is free parking on-site, and the venue will allow overnight parking if needed. They offer rentals, including wireless microphones, firepits, and podiums. You will be able to use their 3 flat-screen TVs for slideshows or videos (or the Packers game, if we’re being honest!). They will allow your pets to be there throughout your celebration!
